Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF Bijnour Lucknow was opened from class 1 to 5 in the year 2003 as a civil sector school to provide the quality education preferably to the children of CRPF employees and other central government employees.

This Vidyalaya was running in a temporary building till 29th of July, 2009.

The newly constructed building including the whole campus spread across in 5.5 acres of areas. The Vidyalaya was inaugurated on 30th of July, 2009 by Sh. S.N. Sabat , DIG , Group Centre CRPF.

The vidyalaya is co-educational upto Class X only in Second Shift and upto XII having Science and Commerce streams in First Shift.

Its distance from the main railway station of Lucknow is 15 km and about 8 km from Amausi International Airport.
